SAP CPQ / Callidus – Defining Pricing using ERP´s Sales Organization

In the SAP CPQ solution especially integrating with SAP S4hana, is necessary to map the same Sales Organization into SAP CPQ. Also, it is necessary to assign the users for each Sales Office.

That´s the point of this document, I will demonstrate manually how to configure the Sales Organization into CPQ and configure different pricing for each Office.

SAP CPQ/Callidus – Defining Promotion and Special Prices into Quote Process

During a Quote, the Sales Representative needs to persuade his Customer with Offers.

That´s the point of this document, create a sales process capable to suggest promotions and discounts. SAP CPQ is the best solution to accomplish this goal. Into SAP CPQ,
is possible to define discounts based on Products, Type of Product, and Categories.

Also, it is possible to assign that promotion to a group of Users,
Roles and Companies.
